How are we being able to maintain a safe and systematic process for all washes with Soaky Stations?

After much research we found out that wash and fold process for the Dry Cleaners and coin laundry’s is very outdated and if I may say so also not very clean, your clothe is probably commingled with other people’s clothes. Also, how the

industrial machines are cleaned is always a shady subject.

We want to create a method where all loads are starting fresh. Through the app we created a very specific system for Stations to follow. This system is based on a set of steps and items that will provide the Soaky Station to follow the systematic steps that we lay in front of them. Of course we are going to be able to check if Stations are following theirs steps and always check that everything is working accordingly so that you as a customer can count that your clothes will always be cleaned correctly, no matter the station.

As in your safety as a customer. We believe that anonymity will play a big role when sending clothes to a stations. For the Dry cleaners your names will not be disclosed. Also we have created an option inside the app for you to choose the gender of the Soaky Station provider. We believe in gender equality and that everyone is respectful in the app, but we will still do a background check to anyone who wants to become a soaky station.
